Life after marriage is beautiful and leisurely. Like most families, we are happy to be busy for the trivialities of the family, but we are happy to be busy.

However, what made me confused was that when Mei started to contact Kuan secretly. I didn’t know if Kuan was still entangled with her or she couldn’t let go of her and Kuan’s daughter. I pretended not to know. She didn’t say it, and I didn’t ask. I silently managed my current family and maintained the beautiful status quo of Hemei. I couldn’t bear to touch her sad past and could not let her make things difficult for me, because I knew that even if Mei married me, even if we had a daughter, Kuan still had another daughter, a blood relationship that no one could take away from him.
